So - I haven't been doing that great with my diet and excersizing (gasp!)   But, I've cut back on some things, which has really helped!!     Who knew giving up all beer - in the matter of 6 days had me lose 5 lbs!!!   So, I'm feeling good today!

Day 1 of the new me

Weight:  330.6 (UGH!!)

I keep staring at that #.  I can't believe it!!  How did I let myself get this flocking heavy?!  I remember when Iw as 280 and swore I would never hit 300lbs.   That was 30 lbs ago!!  It's so easy being lazy!!
