I'm gearing up for the New Year and cracking down on my Resolutions! As I said before, this is my last chance. I have to do it - its now or never. So - before New Year gets here, I'm indulging in everything I may possible want -- a little too much! haha Other then eating more healthy foods - my biggest hurdle? Beer. It may be my downfall. When I quit smoking in 2008, for some reason turned to beer as my new crutch. I really enjoy it. It started as an after work as 2 beers to relax and quickly turned into an after work drink as much as possible before its time to go to bed. I'm just hoping that with this blog, it will keep me on track. So - with all that, here are my New Years Resolutions for 2012!!!
1) Blog every day
2) Work out every day!! Minimum 30 min walk
3) Give up beer!!
4) Eat Slower
5) Cut Carbs as much as possible
6) Cut my spending
7) Next New Years Eve....Plan or attend a party!
8) Accomplish at least half of these before June
9) Learn to cook for myself
10) Stop being so hard on my sister. She's a hard worker/pain in the ass. But she's all good and tries her best
